Skill Development
Women Skill Development Centre
Free vocational training in tailoring, handicraft, beauty care and food processing with placement and self-employment support.
Every programme we run rests on one belief — when a woman is skilled, earning and heard, an entire family and village rises with her.
Free vocational and digital training that turns capability into steady income for women who never had the chance to learn.
Organic farming, artisan clusters and producer groups that build household income without depleting the land.
Education support, health camps, legal awareness and emergency relief for the families who need it most.
Self-help groups and community platforms so that every woman has a voice in the decisions that shape her village.
Samaj Shakti Society is a women-centric community development organisation working for skill development, sustainable livelihood, social welfare and inclusive community empowerment across rural and semi-urban India.
From the first stitch to a registered producer group — our programmes follow a woman all the way from training to market.

The kitchen garden feeds my family and the surplus is sold in the weekly market. Our input cost came down and the soil is healthier than before.
I learnt to fill scheme forms online and to use UPI. Earlier I had to depend on someone else for every small thing. Now I help other women in my village do it.
Our group started with twenty rupees a week in savings. Now we run a joint account, take bank loans and the block office listens when twenty women walk in together.
