Our Skill Development Centres run structured 3 to 6 month courses designed for women who have limited formal education but unlimited potential. Every batch combines hands-on practical training with basic financial literacy, so a trainee leaves not only with a skill but with the confidence to price her work, keep accounts and negotiate with buyers.
Courses currently offered include tailoring and garment construction, handicraft and jute products, beauty and wellness, food processing and packaging, and basic bookkeeping. Training kits and raw material for the practice phase are provided free of cost.
After certification, our placement cell links trainees with local employers, boutiques and buyer groups, while those who prefer self-employment receive help with tool kits, licence paperwork and market linkage.
