Lasting change is not delivered from outside — it is organised from within. We form self-help groups of 10 to 20 women, train the office bearers in bookkeeping and banking, and support the group until it qualifies for bank linkage and credit.
Beyond savings, these groups become the platform through which a village raises issues — water, roads, school attendance, safety — with the local administration.
Federated cluster-level bodies allow groups to take on larger enterprises and speak with a stronger collective voice.
